clove provides an exceptionally high quality, developmentally balanced early learning, education and care program. We at clove recognize the importance on continuity of relationships between the carer educator, not only with the children but with their families as well, in shaping sure outcomes for children’s lives. Our hasty learning, education and care program incorporates a school readiness program that begins with children six weeks of age. We recognize the importance of capturing these hasty months and years to construct the vital brain linkages necessary to best ensure the building blocks for school life and beyond are put in place. Our unique premature learning and protection program continues through the ages until transition to infants’ school and beyond with the incorporation of our exciting before and after school protection and vacation care programs offered to children until they turn twelve. Your programs in education and social curricula are outstanding. At clove we believe our staff members are the backbone to the caring, nurturing, developing and educating of your kid it is they who grasp your child’s coming in their hands for from six weeks to six years is the period when the bottom of your child’s learning is created when your child’s tomorrow is determined. Research shows that by the time your child has turned 6 the academic glossy achieved and the career income stream attained in later life has already been determined. clove staff are individually selected for their kind, caring attitude and warm gregarious personality for each position at clove from a range of suited and experienced candidates to ensure the achievement of our aim that our clove’ children will experience the sense of love and security we believe is urgent to allow them to grow and learn to the superior of their aptitude in their formative years. All staff at clove are either fully qualified with either Hasty Childhood Degree, Diploma in Children’s Services, Certificate 11 or currently studying vocationally by correspondence while active in a fulltime capacity and being supervised by a suited staff member. At clove we pride ourselves on the length of service our staff members experience with us. clove triumph rests in part on our dedication to growing our own staff. We have long term staff members who started with clove as trainees, have completed their tertiary studies and now are leaders holding Nominated Supervisors positions in charge of clove centers. Our longest serving staff member has been with us for over 20 years. At clove our main priority is to ensure that as many young children as feasible have access to our unique high quality early learning program, Thus we eternal try to set our fees so that the viability of the centers are ensured while affordability for families is still achievable. The Kid Protection Rebate is an additional payment to the CB, provided by the Australian Government, which helps families cover the outofpocket costs of child care. It is not income tested and covers up to 50 per cent of outofpocket child care costs, up to 7,500 per child, per year.
